Terms and Policies

Variety of pet urns, memorial and cremation pet urns such as wood, photographic, pet creamated remains jewelry pendents, keepsake pet urns and garden grave memorial markers which help with pet loss.  

Carriers

• We ship by USPS and UPS service charge, within the United States is approximately $15.00  for pet urns and keepsakes which are shipped by UPS parcel service. Cremation jewellery items by USPS postal service are  $8.00.  The order takes about five to ten working days depending on the time of  the year.
• Purchasers is responsible for any taxes  and other related duty, brokerage fees etc that apply to that area-state or province.
• If another carrier is specified by customer then rates will need to be determined and customer will be responsible for rates. 
• If an item arrives damaged by the carrier then a full refund is provided.  
• If urns and jewellery are ordered on the same order they are charged a combined shipping rate that will cover the shipping and handling fees as if they had been ordered separately simply because each goes by separate carriers with different fees.  There has been a special order form created with both carriers combined for the two items if ordered together because they do ship by different carriers and will arrive separately.

Special

• Orders  within the United States that are over $125.00, shipped by our usual USP  or USPS service rate.
• There is 5% off  on repeat orders from our return customers and that special code will be sent by email later.

Procedure for returns

1. There is a problem with an order or item for example: item was damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately
2.  A  typographical error or you just don't like it please notify us immediately .
3. Returning an item please include all information-    ( 1) your name, (2) address,(3) phone #,(4) email address (5)order number (6) any other information you feel would be helpful. 

 All this information will enable us to process your return quickly  and if the need should arise then we are able to contact you if we have questions. 

Incorrect pricing by typographical Errors and/by Third Party

If a product or service is listed incorrectly because of a typographical error for example an error in pricing information due to information received from our supplier  or discontinued, we will have the right at this point to refuse and cancel, should this happen, any orders placed for that product or service listed at the incorrect price. This will occur even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. Your order will be cancelled and if your credit card has already been charged for the purchase then we will issue a credit to your credit card account. The credit will reflect in the amount of the incorrect price.

Items that cannot be returned / refunded

• Any item that has been personalized.
• Urns or jewelry that has been filled.
• Items that have been damaged or tampered with by the customer.
